There are no televisions in any of the bedrooms.
The house is not equipped for young children. Sensible, respectful teenagers accommodated with parents are also welcome
The house has a NO Smoking policy. There is a covered garden space in the yard for this purpose.
This is not a party house and all guests must respect each other’s views and needs, which includes making no noise after 10pm.
Since there is only one bathroom, all guests are asked to be considerate to others in the efficient use of the shower and bathroom. There is an additional outside toilet on the ground floor when the bathroom is in use
